               Notice is hereby given that Polk County will host a Town Hall meeting on the 
               date, time and location stated above.  The purpose of this meeting is to receive 
               information from representatives of the Texas Historic Commission regarding 
               the Courthouse Restoration Program and to provide an overview of Polk 
NOTICE         County's courthouse restoration project as it relates to the program. 
                
               This Town Hall is informational in nature.  No formal action will be taken by 
               the Polk County Commissioners Court during this event.

     1.  Polk County will provide information about the Texas Courthouse Restoration Program and 
         an overview of our courthouse restoration program. 

     2.  Open question-and-answer session with Couthouse representatives.
